BAKED YEAST DONUTS ....
Don't you just love those light, fluffy donuts ~ covered with a glaze or dusted with cinnamon-sugar? So, here's a recipe to make them at home and they're BAKED IN THE OVEN (not deep-fried) ~ so much HEALTHIER for you!! (or, at least, less UN-healthy:) ... Yes, they do take some time to do: there's kneading (although the bread hook on your electric mixer can do that) and 2 rise times. Still, nothing is better than a hot, freshly baked donut!
