About the Author
Alden Mills developed his powerful methodology for defining and achieving goals while overcoming childhood asthma to become a nationally ranked rower, then a Navy SEAL platoon commander, developer of the Perfect Fitness line of exercise products, and CEO of Perfect Fitness, whose sales he took from $500,000 to $63 million in three years. He used each failure along the way to refine his system of self belief, flexible but unstoppable dream realization, team building, and continual improvement. He wrote Be Unstoppable to codify these lessons for his sons, framing his formula for success in a story to render it transparent and memorable. He shares his inspirational advice with business schools, corporations, and leadership events, speaking to audiences of a few dozen or several thousand. Alden lives with his wife and four sons in San Francisco, CA.

Extremely motivating book! A great read for anyone wanting to learn how to be their own, power self!
Amazing that there is a market for books like this.
I'm not sure that any one author could be this narcissistic. While Mr. Mills does try and summon up a good message, it gets lost between him teetering back and forth about his own accomplishments. It's actually a very dull read and unfortunately, not everyone is 23 years old (or about that) and has a magical mentor to appear by their side, guiding you into success. This book would have been so much more without the author constantly giving himself kudos and interrupting the story. Unfortunately, I was asked to reads this for my company as a team a potential guide to success...all I received from it was a cliche, seen it, heard it, done it before rehash of concepts poorly re-done into this pathetic excuse for an inspirational read.
