Beanstalker

"BEANSTALKER" is a story for young readers of all ages, told in narrative, dialogue and verse and based upon the classic fairytale "JACK AND THE BEANSTALK." The tale unfolds in medieval England, where a young boy, JACK, and his mother ANN are living in poverty in a cottage on their small farm. They are unable grow crops and are barely surviving because a GIANT, who lives in the clouds above them, has purposely cast a great shadow over their land, blocking the sun.
