When La Scala owner Johnny Scalabrino gets the notion to open a department store in London, he turns to his trusty chief of security, Jim "Beers" Biersovich, to provide the legwork. Beers heads across the pond, accompanied by his unofficial assistant, Lena, for what they think is a simple scouting assignment.
