For Isabella weddings are her life. Marrying happy couples at Willa Station is a dream come true. What nobody knows though, is that Isabella is married herself. She fell for an American man in Las Vegas and after a wedding on the same day and a fantastic wedding night, she left him and never saw him again. Until an Australian-American wedding at Willa Station. The best friend of the groom, Harry, is Isabella’s husband. She thought their wedding was a mistake that belonged in her past, but can she turn her back on Harry a second time now that they've found each other again? Harry was devastated when he discovered his Belle left him without telling him where she went. He searched for her for almost a year and just when he decided to stop and enjoy some time away from home, she’s back in his life all of a sudden. Why did Isabella run away and how come she left him behind? Will spending time with her make it easier for Harry to make their separation permanent once his stay in Australia is over? Or will he be able to have a second chance at true love with the woman of his dreams? Belle’s Secret is a delightful romantic story. I was immediately intrigued by the way Isabella and Harry’s relationship evolves. They had a fiery beginning and sparks keep flying when they meet. It’s clear from the start they belong together, but Isabella doesn’t easily trust someone with her heart and she’s broken Harry’s in the process. They have a lot of emotions to sort through and they only have a short time to do it, which made incredibly fascinating reading. I couldn’t put Belle’s Secret away and absolutely adored this wonderful story from beginning to end. Victoria Purman has a lovely captivating writing style, which perfectly suits the beautiful love she writes about. Her gorgeous descriptions of personalities, surroundings and food and drinks are making her story come to life in a terrific way. I really enjoyed reading Belle’s Secret, it’s an endearing, cute, sexy and fun story. I’m a big fan of stories about weddings and this one definitely made me smile and lifted my spirits.

Belle’s Secret is the second book in new multi-author Outback Brides series. In this book we have story of Isabella Martenson. She entered the series in Maggie’s Run as the marriage celebrant and Maggie's best friend. She now lives and works at Wirra Station with Maggie. Marriage celebrant Isabella has a secret that she has kept for the past year. She went to Vegas for a conference and married Harry Harrison. But she left him without saying goodbye the next morning. She is married and no one knows. Harry Harrison is a winemaker from California, he has spent the year looking for his Belle and wondered why she just disappeared. All he knew was she was from Australia. A chance meeting or is it fate has brought the two back together at his mate’s wedding at Wirra Station. Now that he has found her, he wants some answers and a divorce. Isabella agreed to the divorce as long as he keeps their marriage a secret. Now that they are spending time together Isabella is realising her feeling for Harry are still there and just maybe she does not want that divorce after all. Victoria Purman has continued with the fantastic characters of Wirralong and brought her own to it. I did really enjoy reading about Bella and Harry and the rest of the community. I am really falling in love with all of the wonderful characters and their lives. There were some inconsistencies but it did not take away from the overall story and it was a well written and definitely left me wanting more from Wirralong and The Outback Brides. As the saying goes ‘what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas’. This book and the others in this series could be read as standalone. I would recommend this book. I am looking forward to continuing reading in this series.

What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas. Sometimes it ends up on the other side of the world in the Outback of Australia. Izzy or Isabella is the marriage celebrant (wedding minister) at the wedding venue, Wirra Station that was created by Maggie and Max. If you have read Maggie's Way you will have met her in that book. If not no worry you will quickly get to know her in this book and all her ins and outs. Izzy went to Vegas to a convention on wedding things and met a guy named Harry Harrison. One thing led to another and soon they were in front of Elvis and then in a bedroom. She wakes up panics and leaves soon for home. Thinks she can do what they saying says "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas." BUT we know weddings are not like that right. Harry searches for Belle (which is the name she gives ) for a year and only once he gives up does the universe decide it will help him out. This is another well written book that takes us on a trip to Australia with words beyond belief. I love this series and can't wait to jump into the next book to explore more of this beautiful country with these lovely authors.

Great summer read! You can meet your soul mate and know it's a forever deal in just one night. But are you brave enough to take that step? Pick a glass of wine and fit right into this book.

I loved Belle’s Secret by Victoria Purman, book two in the Outback Brides series, a wonderful second chance and secret wedding story. Isabella Martenson was a Marriage Officiant who moved to Wirra Station to help her friend Maggie and work at the new wedding venue. After all the men in her mother’s life she never planned that she would get married, let alone be a runaway bride. One night in Vegas, meeting a handsome winemaker changes all of her plans. A year after being deserted following his marrying to a stranger, Harry Harrison still hasn’t located his runaway brief. Flying to Australia for his best friend's wedding, he unexpectedly runs right into the one woman he’s never been able to forget. Harry asks Isabella for a divorce while all she wants in return is that he keeps it a secret so as to not affect her business. As these two strangers spend time together exploring the area of Australia where Isabella lives and the Australian wine making country as well as getting to know one another, they discover the attraction that led them to marry in haste was not a fluke. Hopefully these two soul mates can find a solution to save their marriage rather than lose the best thing that happened to them. This was a wonderful and emotional book to read while easy to visualize the story as it occurred. I totally loved these characters and didn’t want to put this book down. Ms. Purman did a fantastic job creating her characters, making them realistic, keeping the story interesting, making me forget the world around me and not letting me go until I turned the last page, wanting more. I highly recommend this book to other readers and look forward to the next book in the series. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

When I read the cover description on this book, I wasn't sure, it could go one way or another. I am happy to say I really enjoyed it. Some parts seemed a little unbelievable, until you got into the story and learned a little more about the characters. Ms. Purman does an excellent job of developing likable and interesting people. I also found the descriptions of the location intriguing. I have never been to Australia but have always wanted to go. Belle, Isabella Martenson and Harry Harrison were meant to be together. They can fight it all they want, but the chemistry is too strong. I would give this book a PG rating due to language and sexual content. But if that is not a problem for you, you will find it a very enjoyable read. I received this book from Tule Publishing through Net Galleys. The opinion expressed in this review is completely my own.

Isabella Martenson had been keeping a secret for the last year. Not even her best friend knew it. Isabella married a man when she was in Las Vegas for a convention and then panicked and ran. She went back to Australia and moved hoping Harry would never find her. Things are going good for Isabella now. She is running her own business, Wedding Belles, and officiating weddings at her best friend Maggie’s wedding venue. But when one of her wedding guests turns out to be her husband, Isabella doesn’t know how to react. Harry Harrison, a well-known wine maker from San Francisco, is a guest at his friend’s weddings when he spots Belle, the woman who disappeared after they were married. Since then he has been searching for her. He just wants a divorce so he can move on with his life. But when circumstances put the two of them together, they both might decide they want a second chance. This was a sweet story. The situation was a bit unbelievable, but it made for a fun read. I cheered on Isabella and Harry the entire time. I wanted them to stay together. The author kept the story interesting and enjoyable.

Wedding officiant Isabella Martenson has attended all types of weddings. Never did she expect hers to be in a Las Vegas chapel to a man she just met. Panic sets in and Bella runs to Australia without a word. Now she's living a quiet life in Wirra Station. She never expected to come face to face with her husband at one of the weddings she presiding over. Harry Harrison has been looking for Bella for almost a year. After she left him in their hotel room he was determined to find her. After all this time he's ready to give up when he unexpectedly finds her in the Australian Outback at a friends wedding. He originally wants her to sign divorce papers but after spending a week with her what he wants doesn't include a divorce. I would definitely recommend this book!

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas? Not always and not for Isabella. Isabella is a celebrant in Australia, something of a justice of a peace. She marries couples on a beautiful station belonging to one of her friends. During one wedding, she meets a piece of her past. Harry from Vegas. He wants a divorce and she wants him to keep the wedding a secret. Secrets never stay that way if feelings are involved. This is another lovely book of the Outback Brides series. Can't wait til the next one. I received this book from Net Galley for an honest review and no compensation otherwise.
