One thing I can always bet on from Lizbeth Selvig is an excellent read! I have been eagerly awaiting her next book in the “Seven Brides for Seven Cowboys” series and it didn’t disappoint! The Crockett triplets have been reaping the rewards of their hard work with their successful coffee shop/restaurant in Denver. But triplet Grace is feeling far from a successful and contributing member of the enterprise. She returns home to Paradise Ranch to see if she can set her dreams in motion of having her own restaurant. Meanwhile, Ty Garraway is trying to set a different dream in motion, one that can right old wrongs and secure his daughter’s future. As a result, he is working at Paradise Ranch to gather information and surprise the Crocketts. Yet somehow his plans did not factor in falling for Grace….. With Paradise Ranch and the Grand Tetons as a backdrop, Ms. Selvig tells an emotional story of family secrets and gentle romance that is filled with humor, love and just enough mystery to keep you mesmerized. Her books are always well-written and the characters developed with such care that you get swept into the story and the Crockett family. What I also count on with this author is the “soulful” vibe imbued in her books - the characters and story always touch me on a deeper level. It has been a pleasure to be part of the Crockett sisters’ journey, and I cannot wait for the remaining 2 triplets, Kelly and Raquel, to get their HEA!

Scandal, heartache and self - doubt seem to follow two dreamers looking to bring those dreams into reality. Ms. Selvig blends the best parts of human nature: determination, fear and heart and builds a story of redemption, hope and family. Grace has more family than she knows what to do with. Personal and professional merge into one big brand of complicated for this caring, yet lost young woman. In order to find happiness, she has to first understand what makes her unique. Not easy when you're part of a group. Ty offers her the chance to find herself, but steals her heart in the process. He has her heart, but what else does he want in return? Betting on Paradise strives for endearing and succeeds.

Betting on Paradise (Seven Brides for Seven Cowboys #4) by Lizbeth Selvig is yet another amazing addition to the Seven Brides for Seven Cowboys series. I have loved this series since book one. I love the feisty sisters, the crazy and wonderful family that is the Crocketts. I have started feeling like a member of this big beautiful family. This is the beautiful story of Grace and Ty. Grace Crockett is one of the triplets . She is the people pleaser, the one that avoids conflict, the one that follows the leader, or in her case, the other two triplets. But Grace has dreams and as much as she loves her siblings, and what they have built at Triple Bean, she wants to break out on her own, When her sisters don't understand, she gets a call from home, she is needed to come and help her older sister Mia. This is the space that Grace needs to figure out how to make her dreams a reality, but what she was not dreaming of was the tall, dark and oh so handsome Ty Garraway invading her thoughts, her dreams and stepping up to help make her a success. Ty Garroway is a gambler, poker is his pleasure, until an ex shows up at the door with his daughter in tow. Now Ty wants nothing more than to give Teagan (Lucky) a stable home that she can be proud of. Even if that stable home comes at the cost of fighting the Crocketts for land that he has proof was stolen from his family in an illegal poker game. What Ty does not count on was getting a job with the Crocketts, finding out that they are warm, welcoming, honest and loving. And he did not intend on getting close to Grace, but the more he is around her, the more he wants her. The more he wants her sweetness and light. When Ty's plans come to light, the entire Crockett family is ready to fight, everyone but Grace. She has a feeling that things are not as they seem. It will take Grace and her belief in the man that Ty is to convince her family to look beyond the land and give Ty a chance. And in the end, these two just might find a beautiful HEA in the process. I truly fell in love with Grace and Ty. Grace is not your typical pushover. She has morals, she has a plan for her future, and what was so refreshing is that Ty was actually very okay with Grace and how far she was willing to take their relationship. I have to say that it was a testament to Ty and he feelings for Grace that he did not try to pressure her. His daughter Lucky was funny and sweet, adding light and humor to the story. I loved that Ty taught her how to spit, how to play poker, but also enforced that she not play for anything more than gum and buttons. It is again, a show of just how much love he had for his daughter. This amazing story is about finding your inner strength, fighting for what you believe in, standing up for your hopes and dreams, and the love and support of family and friends. In the end, Ty and Grace truly do get a beautiful, heart warming HEA. I can't wait to see which sister falls next.

How do a cowboy who finds out he's a dad 3 years after the baby is born and is given the baby, and the goody-two-shoes triplet of the Crockett family get along? Very well as it turns out! Ty is the cowboy who learns he's a dad, when his long ago fling brings the child to him to save her marriage! Grace is one of the Crockett triplets and is a bit OCD and critical! I gotta tell you, I LOVED Ty from the beginning. He took a child that he knew nothing about, made sure she was his, and did his best to change into a great dad. Lucky, AKA Teagan is a breath of fresh air. She is brilliant and child like, and has her dad to thank for that! Grace, I wasn't too fond of until Ty began trying to break her from her OCD! Her constant, "Don't swear", and "I don't do sex before marriage" mantra was a bit grating. I know others think it's wonderful, but her attitude is the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars. A family secret brings Ty to Paradise Valley, where he begins to make friends with the very people he'll soon betray. His feelings for Grace make him question his motives, but he wants to prove he can be a good man, unlike some of his ancestors. Grace is tired of being the 'good girl' and the nice one of the triplets. She feels her opinions are overlooked, and she gives in too often. She decides to make her own way and heads back to Paradise Valley from Denver to try something new. The whole Crockett family wend their way throughout the book and it's nice to revisit their lives. Betting on Paradise is a stand alone, but I believe you'd benefit from reading the first three books in this story line, prior to reading this one. The other stories give you some background on the whole series! I've been a fan of Ms. Selvig for a long time! Great book and I can't wait to read the rest in this series.

Ohhh my goodness. I have to say Lizbeth Selvig has been added to my "must read" list of authors! She writes such outstanding stories. BETTING ON PARADISE is book 4 in the Seven Brides for Seven Cowboys series. I have loved all the books in this series to date, each has something special about it recommend it. While this is book 4 in the series and I do recommend you read the previous titles(after-all they are great) you can read BETTING ON PARADISE as a stand alone story. There is a continuing story-line, the continuing care and growth of the ranch they all love, however each story has it's on HEA and story ARC that is easy to follow and doesn't leave you feeling lost or like you've missed something. For BETTING ON PARADISE we watch as one of the Crockett triplets, Grace, falls in love. Grace is the good girl something I loved, LOVED seeing and can so relate to. (I was and still am the Good Girl.) I loved that Grace stood behind her moral code and stood up for herself. Ty is a good guy at heart but has his faults, namely gambling. However he's willing to do anything to provide for his daughter, a wonderful character you can't help but fall in love with. I loved watching these two deal with each other and the rest of the Crockett family. You are quickly pulled into the story and the family while reading BETTING ON PARADISE. I loved everything about this one, from the setting to the characters to the story-line. I highly recommend BETTING ON PARADISE for all fans of great contemporary romances with wonderfully well written characters, an engaging story-line, a full cast of characters, a setting you'll adore and even better a story-line that is completely believable! This is another "keeper shelf" read! I can't wait to see what's next for these ladies and who gets their HEA in the next book. Be prepared once you read BETTING ON PARADISE you'll be eager to read all the other books!!!

Betting on Paradise, the latest Seven Brides for Seven Cowboys book by Lizbeth Selvig, was the perfect airplane read. It drew me so into the story I didn’t care that the flight was a little bumpy. Ty and Grace were fun characters and who couldn’t love Teagan? I loved the return visit to Paradise. There are two more triplets and I can’t wait to see what Selvig has in store for the other two musketeers. If those stories happen to take place in my hometown of Denver, so much the better. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this novel.

I loved reading Betting on Paradise by Lizbeth Selvig, the fourth book in her Seven Brides for Seven Cowboys series. It is a wonderful, sweet story that focuses on Grace Crockett, one of the triplets, and Ty Garraway a talented handyman. Grace is feeling out of sorts and tired of working with her sisters in Denver and wants to spread her own wings. She returns to the Crockett homestead, Paradise Ranch, in Wyoming to help her older sister Mia, pregnant and recovering from a broken foot. Ty was given his most important possession a few years prior, his daughter Teagan, when an old girlfriend dumps the child on him. Ty is in Wyoming trying to reclaim a family legacy lost in a card game many years ago. In the meantime he is working at Paradise Ranch and raising his daughter. The attraction that grows between Grace and Ty is amazing. I enjoyed the way Ty was there for Grace, supporting her ideas and adding in his own suggestions. The addition of his daughter adds an extra dimension to the story. This story really resonated with me, exemplifying that sometimes a fresh start is a good thing. It can give you some new insight on life as well as yourself. I really enjoyed reading this book and had trouble putting this book down. Ms. Selvig wove a wonderful tale highlighting the history of both families and their ties to Paradise Ranch. She also stressed the importance of family and the acceptance of each other. I highly recommend this book to other readers. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

I just love visiting Paradise Valley with Crockett family. The closeness of this family always bring true joy to my heart. Grace , one of the triplets has returned home to Paradise Valley, in hopes of opening her own restaurant. Ty is the new hired help on the ranch with his adorable daughter, Lucky. He is there to get one thing, part of the ranch back that was lost years ago in a poker game. Grace and Ty soon become friends, but with Ty's secret can things progress. Add in the no sex rule prior to marriage that the triplets agreed on years ago, makes for an entertaining fun read. I thoroughly enjoyed this story, this is book four but can be read as a stand alone. As reading this story, you can tell the love that Lizbeth Selvig has for children and animals. Lucky will steal your heart, as she did mine. I highly recommend this story.
