As with most things, take her words with a grain of salt. Great story and wonderful advice but some of the things mentioned don't seem like they would be for me, yet a lot of them are. Interesting theories and great insight.

She does a great job explaining the theories of attachment parenting and why it works. She is nonjudgemental and offers great resources and support for anyone looking to explore attachment parenting further.

I found this book to be an enjoyable read and could relate to much of what Bialik wrote. I highly recommend it to parents who want to develop a close and loving bond with their children. This book is a wonderful example of what attachment parenting looks like.
