About the Author

Introduced to the game of golf at age four by her Swiss father Max, Nicole played in numerous national youth and amateur events before playing NCAA D1 golf at Wake Forest University and graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. Following a Master's Degree in Sport Psychology/Motor Skill Performance from the University of Tennessee and presenting at international conferences such as the World Scientific Congress of Golf at The University of St. Andrews, Nicole has served thousands of students in many wonderful locations including Knoxville TN, The Landings Club on Skidaway Island in Savannah GA and U.S. Kids Golf at Longleaf Golf & Family Club in Southern Pines NC. Nicole is married to Ty Weller, PGA member. Her passion for creatively teaching youngsters about Life through golf has earned her various awards and nominations from her peers. As the only recipient to have received both the prestigious PGA of America and LPGA National Youth Leader awards in the same year (2013), Nicole was also honored with a 2010 Golf Digest Magazine "Top 40 Under 40 Best Young Teacher," 2013 U.S. Kids Golf Master Kids Teacher, GRAA Growth of the Game Elite Member status and several LPGA Top 50 Teachers.
