The New York Times bestselling author of the Billionaire Boys Club novels is back with a sexy, sweet romance that proves opposites definitely attract...
Taylor is a genius when it comes to computers, but understanding the opposite sex is beyond her. Because she always fumbles her flirtations, she needs help in finding her Prince Charming. So when her friend, Gretchen, sets her up as a tour guide for a new guy in town, she says yes despite her misgivings. She just doesn’t expect Mr. Charming to actually be royalty...
A faction in his country wants him to be king, but Loch has no intention of taking the crown. To keep from being named as the next successor, he hatches a scheme to marry a totally unacceptable American woman. Quirky Taylor seems like the perfect person for the job, until Loch realizes he likes more about her than her ability to keep him off the throne.
When Loch’s secret schemes come out, his chance of happiness with Taylor are blown—unless he can find a way to get the nerdy object of his affection to believe she’s truly the queen of his heart...

This book is one of my favorites in this series, with realistic characters who are fun to spend time with. Loch the prince and Taylor the computer nerd don't fit together on the surface, but their personalities mesh in the best possible ways. Both are going to in the wedding party for Gretchen and Hunter's upcoming nuptials, and Gretchen plays matchmaker for the pair. I enjoyed reading about these fun, sexy and quirky characters. They seem to genuinely have fun together, and the obstacles they face work within the constructs of the story. I'm excited to visit this pair again when we finally get to read about Gretchen and Hunter's big day.

Good story. You wanted to shake the characters silly, but an enjoyable read.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Okay. I was ready for an alpha you-know-what but Loch, our hero, was not that type of character. Clueless? Oh yeah. But the guy has heart, even if it IS buried very, very deep. Turns out he is a clueless ‘Baron’ who is in line for the throne in his country and has been asked by his family to leave the country, just for a few years, so that his cousin can settle in to her new royal duties. He gets sent to the USA. There he meets Taylor (the book will tell you about their ‘meet cute’) and he is just mystified from the get-go. But he is never mean to her, just clueless. Taylor is a geek – a very lovely geek – but she feels much more secure when she is online or in her own little world. The road to their HEA has its ups and downs and the characters they meet along the way will make you smile and think long and hard. One of my favorite scene is when Loch is told he has billions of dollars (remember I said clueless?) and he tells Taylor and her reaction is priceless! Another great book in the Billionaires and Bridesmaids series. I really enjoyed it.

I am new to the world of Jessica Clare, but if all her stories are as endearing as Taylor and Loch's I just might stick around awhile. Billionaire On the Loose touches the heart with it's message of acceptance and spins dreams for every believer in happily ever afters. You don't have to be perfect to find happiness is an inspiring message that has fallen by the wayside in the world of glamorous movie stars and glitzy magazines. For that alone this story deserves an A +. Copyright of Night Owl Reviews
