Wonderful book, full of information for both new moms and older ones too. Doesn't just deal with the physical, but also with the emotional which is just as important.

If you are a parent you know how much your body changes after pregnancy and birth and just being a mom. I got sagging skin, a pot belly, wrinkles, my hair is so messed up, extra padded around and not to mention the not so perky boobs anymore. Yep I am not that perfect thin firm perky body I was 14 years ago but hey I got kids out of the deal right haha. So who wants to live with all that now your done with having the kid and babies? I don't and I know with the big health kicks everyone is on they don't want to either. So I got some good news for you. There is this awesome book called BODY BACK: The Mother’s Handbook to Medical, Physical, and Emotional Well Being. This book I couldn't put down. It had so much info. I have taken nutrition and biology and anatomy in college and I have learned alot about the body and its needs and what surprised me most about this book is it was dead on in what it says to try and do and the whys. I learned even more then I thought I could learn and I cant wait to try some things out. I want to try the one day raw food diet cleanse and some of the awesome exercises and menus plans. Love the book! So far it has been really straight forward and easy to reference. It has a lot of tips and items that having the book helps remind me to keep on top of and omg my favorite part is all the things that I can do in like a minute's time. I never knew you could pinch cellulite too btw lol! Awesome gift book I am gonna get my pregnant friends in the future, plus it looks pretty so it will look really good as a gift.

I got this book for my friend who just had a baby! It looks beautiful sitting on the table and has a great little red ribbon bookmarker that holds your place which is good because it is really like a reference guide. I haven't had a baby yet (but I plan on having one in the next coming years) and the information about your body after pregnancy was eye-opening (without being scary!). I love the information about cellulite and the DIY home treatment recipes and my friend is happy with it.
