I really enjoyed reading Linc's story of how he joined with his soul mirror, Risa. Also liked that all the previous Hunters had a part in this story. I cannot wait to read the full story about Ram and his soul mirror; along with Eli story and his soul mirror. Great HEA. Thank you and please publish their stories soon. ****vrnb****

Definitely need to read this series! I read Blood Magic all the way through the first day and immediately went out and bought the rest of the books that were already published and wait on pins and needles for each and every new book to be released. You won't be sorry! They are easy to read because they keep you turning the pages.

Awesome story teller! I can't wait for books 6 and 7 to come out. A must read series! Each book is complete with zero cliffhangers and full character development along with the main characters getting their happy ever after. The series itself is connected by individual characters related in some way to the main charcters of each individual book. Each book has roughly 250 pages and the novella has less than 100. If you love action, adventure, drama, paranormal fantasy, magic, entertainment, and romance with zero cliffhangers then I think you should check this series out. Enjoy!

4 out of 5 stars! Follow Linc as he finds his mate/soul-mirror during the most unlikely of times. And fate makes it clear that, no matter what he thought originally, he had better follow fate’s plans for him or everything he dreamed of will be lost for good.
My God … what a RUSH! This intensely written novel/series takes the angels vs demons theme and ramps it up a notch, where nothing is black and white so anything can happen. In addition, quite a lot does happen in this uniquely plotted novel that reads like a stand-alone but integrates itself just enough to give you an idea as to how the other novels in the series have previously turned out and/or are going to turn out.
Linc (Lincoln) with his Falcon and Risa are one couple who I was rooting for from the beginning! I loved how loyal Risa was and her relationship with her “daughter.” While Linc’s intensity enthralled and how he turned his life around yet found that even though Risa didn’t look like the type of woman he usually went for she was the perfect half/soul-mirror for him. Together they steamed up the pages of this novel and kept me wanting to read even more about their growing relationship. They were parallels in numerous ways and it just worked for this novel. I was envious and smitten by what they shared together.
I guess the only real thing I had an issue with was how the ending just seemed to cut off. I wish there was more or at least a pleasing epilogue so give you a sweet/sexy update on Linc & Risa. Therefore, I am hoping that, like how this novel gave major updates for this series’ other main characters, in “Primal Magic” (Book 6) we’ll get to read more about Risa & Linc too. Also, with the way Linc & Risa’s plot goes in this novel, I had hoped/expected that Nola wouldn’t have to leave Risa, even though I know what the Ancestors said, I had just wished for more.
Nevertheless, I was so riveted with this novel that I am now very curious to read the other novels in this series. I HIGHLY recommend this novel to those looking for an intense good vs evil paranormal romance!

The story of Linc and Risa i would have to say is the best by far. If you have not read this series, you really need to.

This one was my favorite, I loved Linc and Risa they are my favorite but I liked Linc from the begining This one didn't make me tear up like the others, but this one was so identifiable with real life. I can't wait for the rest. I hope that maybe you would write one more about Vice.

I was so excited when Jennifer announced she was releasing this book, it feels like forever since we last had a Wing Slayer Hunter book.
I highly recommend that you do read all the books in order as there is an ongoing story arc that plays a huge part in this book and a lot of the secondary characters are characters we have got to know during the previous tales and it was great to catch up with them.
Linc and Risa I truly felt for. They both have difficult pasts and many obstacles and personal fears to get over before they can be together. I was rooting for them to let each other in and confide in each other as I was desperate to find out their secrets.
By the end of this story I was in tears, a part of it struck a chord in me. I am super happy that there will be at least two more books in the series as both Eli & Ram's tales are ones I can't wait to read!

The Wing Slayer Series is back! When Jennifer Lyon announced that she was going to write Linc's book to say I was excited would be an understatement. I 'girly squeeled' and then went to Facebook and Twitter and told everyone they needed to read this series if they hadn't read it. It's one of those series I tell everyone they should read because I just love it so much and I obsessed with characters. The Wing Slayer series is a hot paranormal romance series with swoon-worthy protective alpha males and their witches. I'm so happy Jennifer Lyon has picked up the series again and decided to self publish it. I have loved Linc since she introduced him in the series and he blew me away in Caged Magic! Caged Magic is a heart-wrenching, action packed, scorching hot and just incredible love story! It's also my new favorite in the series! Linc and Rissa were made for each other and the definition of soul mates. If you're a fan of the series you'll love the new book and if you're new you should start with book one, Blood Magic, and see why I'm so obsessed with the Wing Slayers. I can't wait for the next book!

I’ve had to wait an eon for Lic and Risa’s story and Jennifer Lyon made it all worth it! Caged Magic is the 5th book in the Wing Slayer Hunter series. It’s the story of Lincoln (Linc) Dillinger and Risa Faden.
Linc Dillinger is a Wing Slayer Hunter who was bathed in witch blood. He has trust issues with women from having endured more betrayal and torment than most could ever take. He is still here and has cultivated the rich bad-boy charm that keeps women coming to his bed. This allows him to keep his sex and blood curse in control and allows his to continue keeping the innocent safe. Only Linc knows if he doesn’t find his soul mirror witch soon he or one of his brothers will have to take his life.
Risa Faden has escaped the abuse and torment of her past, by turning in her father for his crimes and dedicating her life as a bodyguard for women stalked and harassed by men. She is also a witch who is slowly breaking her mind every time she uses her powerful shield magic. Her last assignment is her greatest when her best and only friend is killed while she is trying to protect her and her child from the child’s father who just happens to be a demon. When the demon snatches her godchild Risa will do and risk anything to get her back, including continuing to use her power while it is destroying her mind and lying to her soul mirror to ensure his help.
I totally enjoyed this book! And it was great getting caught up with all the other Wing Slayer Hunters, including Phoenix. Caged Magic tells of two people who have had to overcome or at least find ways to cope their past and have dedicated their lives to helping others who have gone through similar things. Linc and Risa both have their moments when you just want to reach into the book and shake them, but then later just to turn around and want to cheer for them and offer a hug. This story is excellently written with all the sexual tension that we have come to expect from Jennifer Lyon and (hooray) offers different characters viewpoints so you can really immerse yourself in the story.

Every now and then a book comes along that just captivates you and takes you within its very pages as if you were there living it with the characters Caged Magic is one of those books I just loved it.
Linc Dillinger is a Wing Slayer Hunter. He has endured more betrayal and torment than most but he is still here and keeping the innocent safe from the demons that lurk. Linc knows if he doesn’t find his soul mirror witch soon he may lose himself and face his demise.
Risa Faden is a powerful shield witch. Since she escaped her past Risa has spent her time protect others and now her friend has reached out for help to protect her and her daughter and Risa is determined to do whatever it takes to protect them.
Risa comes back to Vegas to get her friend out of the country but they are attacked by the demon father of her friends baby Kendall. After her friend is killed and Kendall is kidnapped by the demon Risa will do anything to get her back. Linc comes across an attack that involves a demon instantly he and Ram go to protect the innocent. When Linc finds Risa he knows there is something about her and it is not long before his Falcon makes it clear who she is. What is coming will take the Wing Slayers and others to join forces to bring down the demons if they are to protect everyone and themselves. Can Linc and the others help Risa save Kendall and will Risa and Linc be able to see through the pain of their past to take a chance on the future or will Risa’s secret destroy everything.
