Cardio Core 4x4 is an extremely simple-yet, effective approach to fitness. If you are seeking a fitness/wellness program that you will be able to 'stick' to and one that you can grow with. I would highly recommend this book. Jay Cardiello is the real deal. From working with celebrities like 50 cent to Jennifer Lopez to working as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist in many professional athletic leagues. Jay is to some informcial actor that is simply selling someone else's product. My wife and I use this book almost everyday and it has changed our lives and saved us. money and time. We no longer have gym membership fees and in just 20 minutes we are done. Do you know what it feels like to complete an entire workout in 20 minutes. I recommend buying this book!!!
