Cedar Park

Piper Cohen, a daughter of a lawyer and a drunk, she has taken care of herself since the age of nine, constantly bouncing back and forth through the city and a cramped town of Cedar Park. Piper has never been one to make friends until she meets Westin, the town's sweetheart. They are inseparable and call themselves best friends. Except they are different, maybe too different.
