David Irving is the former chief executive officer and area director of Heinz-Wattie in Australasia. He is the cofounder and former chair of the ICEHOUSE Business Growth Center at the University of Auckland and the chairman of the International Center for Entrepreneurship Trust. Darl Kolb is an associate professor at the University of Auckland Business School. He is the senior editor of the University of Auckland Business Review and has consulted with Air New Zealand and Apple Computers.
