About the Author
Born and raised in Camden, New Jersey, youngest of five. My mother and father cooked in our home and I was always in the kitchen watching and asking Mom and Dad questions. When I got to middle school, I picked food as one of my classes and from then on I knew this is what I am going to do. Once in highschool, I majored in commercial food 4. Then after highschool I attended, the academy of Culinary Arts in Washington DC where I did my apprenticeship at the world famous Kennedy Center under the authority of a former White House Chef in 1998. So I took what I had learned from my mother/father and culinary school and started creating my own dishes of every sort. This book is my portfolio of some of my most (PLEASING TO THE EYE) healthy, flavorful, delicious, classic, favorites, mouth-watering dishes. And you know it's gonna be good.
