I want to give this book 100 stars. To say that I have been eagerly awaiting the continuation of Evan and Ryley's story is an understatement. Heidi McLaughlin tells one heck of a story. But she has truly outdone herself with Choose Me. Let me start by saying that I adored Here With Me. My heart broke for Evan and Ryley. More so for Evan. To be gone for six years and return to discover that the woman you love thinks you’re dead and has not only moved on, but did so with your twin brother, was devastating. And I was angry with Ryley for some of the things she did, or didn’t do. Seeing her reconnect with Evan was beautiful and I grew to love her and forgive her. There was no question at all in my mind that I wanted them to be together. But it wasn't that simple. She was still engaged to Nate and he was back from training. What a way to end a book. So I could not wait for Choose Me. I needed to know the rest of the story. I needed to know who Ryley would choose. Being a fan of Heidi, I knew this was not going to be easy. I knew that she would try to make me like Nate. I didn't want to. I didn't want him to win. Opening this book, I knew I was in for a battle of emotions. And boy, was I ever! On the very first page, I found myself liking Nate, despite myself. I was a seesaw of love and hate for Nate the entire first chapter. I was doomed and I accepted it. I spent the next few hours on the edge of my seat and on the verge of tears. And I loved every minute. It was that good. Not only did I get the angst of the love triangle and the battle of two brothers who should be best friends but I also got more clues to this huge mystery of why these men were gone for so long and who was sending them letters and photos from home while their loved ones mourned them. The different layers of this book blew me away. So many times a single page would make me skyrocket from pure joy to extreme anger to swooning to frustration to those moments of just plain “awww.” Each and every page kept me riveted and dying for the next one. By the time I finished, I was a complete mess of emotions. This book is absolutely incredible. It’s beautiful, crazy, heartwrenching, heartwarming, sweet, and angsty and more but in the end, to me, it’s just perfect and was better than I could ever have imagined it to be.

Have to read book one for full story. How could she kiss on both brothers? Love the storyline, but thought decision on who to choose was almost too effortless.

This story was totally wrong. I couldn't get past the fact that she went from one brother to the other. Gross! That was just so disturbing to me, and totally unacceptable. I could't give it more than 1 star....

4 stars This is book 2 in the Archer Brothers series.  You will need to read book 1 to understand.  As we continue on the journey of Ryley, Evan and Nate.  What will become of them, who will Ryley choice?  The choice not an easy one either.  Hearts will be broken in the process.   Ryley has come to enjoy her time with Evan back.  Her heart feels like it is being torn into a million pieces but she also loves Nate.  Nate was there to pickup the pieces of her shattered heart when Evan was dead.  What does she do now?  She knows she loves them both.  And she has to think about EJ.  He is the most important piece of the puzzle.  Evan and her son has to be put first before anyone else.   Evan has had enough of sitting back and wondering what is going to happen.  He need answers.  He just wants his life back and will fight dirty if he has too. Nate is just as confused as to what the hell happened to Evan.  He wants answers but until the brothers put aside their hatred for each other over Ryley nothing is going to be clear to them.  If they have to fight each other, so be it. As answers are revealed as to why Evan and his team were left on a mission and their families told they died, it can not be the truth.  There must be a mistake.  Why would what the twins believe in be so cruel?  And what about the other 3 members with Evan; their lives were just as disruptive as his.  How will they heal from all of this?  There are more questions and answers needed to allow them to all heal. I knew without a doubt who Ryley should end up with and was not disappointed.  I believe that when your soul meets its mate not matter what they will always find their way back together.  As for the other twin, he found his soul mate too when he wasn’t even looking.   I am looking forward to see more about what is happening with the other members of the Seal team and where are their families now.

Great Conclusion!! I absolutely loved the conclusion of this portion of the Archer Brothers' story. I have to say that I am Team Archer Brothers all the way!! I absolutely adore the Archer Brothers!! This story went out with a bang. What a ride this one was with all of the plot twists and shocks to my system. I loved every minute of it, even if Evan really upset me at times, I still love him. I understood his pain and where it was coming from, but c'mon he is your twin brother, you know him. OMG I really love Nate Archer!! I want more Nate Archer!! What a wonderful and compassionate man. EJ is a very lucky little boy to have two great men like Evan and Nate in his life. He will never have to wonder if he is loved!! And umm...Ryley was more than lucky to have these two wonderful men in her life. However, I was ready to give Ryley a good shaking while reading this one!! She was driving me crazy! Anyway, this series is a truly great read and I highly recommend it. I cannot wait for the next book in this series.

3.75 stars--3.75 stars-- CHOOSE ME is the second installment in Heidi McLaughlin’s adult, contemporary The Archer Brothers romance series. The focus of the storyline is on Navy SEALs and twins Nate and Evan Archer, and the woman they love Ryley Clarke. Some background: Six years earlier, several months into a secret SEAL mission, Evan Archer’s SEAL team was presumably ambushed and killed. Fast forward to present day, where Evan and his team return home to shocked family members and lost loves. Evan’s brother Nate is now engaged to the woman Evan loves, and has been raising Evan’s child as his own. When Nate and Evan begin an investigation into the missing six years, they uncover some disturbing information and a twisted plot. Told from alternating first person points of view (Nate and Evan) the storyline follows the growing animosity between Nate and Evan. Once beloved brothers, their emotions and pent up frustrations build as both men declare their love for Ryley Clarke. Ryley is caught between the love of two men, and her heart has a difficult time letting go. As Evan watches his only son call his brother ‘Daddy’, he considers walking away before destroying the family that he loves. CHOOSE ME is a storyline of intrigue, secrets, illegal operations and murder. Evan and his Team have become the pawns in a war they knew nothing about-someone back home was pulling the strings and the government knew nothing about the continuing mission. Evan’s SEAL Team is present as they continue to uncover to truth behind their original deployment. Families have been destroyed; lovers have gone missing; confusion reigns throughout. Tucker McCoy’s story is the next to be told-his wife and daughter have disappeared and Tucker is lost in a world of grief and hate. Heidi McLaughlin pulls the reader into a heartbreaking storyline where two brothers have loved the same woman since they were young. Evan is the man who had stolen Ryley’s heart; Nate is the man who continues to put that heart back together. I am NOT a fan of love triangles, but in the case of Nate, Evan and Ryley, the angst and anxiety of the fated YA triangles is absent, and in this the reader is aware that the painful resolution will not be as painful as once thought. Yes, there are moments when the brothers play Ryley against one another but it is to be expected in the grand scheme of things—under the circumstances. I was almost hoping for all three to end up together. CHOOSE ME is an emotional tale; a storyline of mystery, drama, staggering revelations, and passionate ideals. There is heartbreak and loss; friendships and family; saying good bye and letting go. Each brother will get their happily ever after although each reader will see something different in the conflict resolution and outcome-the wrap up was idealistic and perhaps improbable but comforting-none the less. Heidi McLaughlin invites you in for a roller coaster ride of emotional high and lows.

OH MY GOSH! Hooked... That is the one word that best describes this book. I was hooked from the very beginning, and stayed hooked until the very end. I kept wanting more!!! If I thought Here With Me was epic, this one blew it out of the water!!! I was begging friends to tell me how it ended, I needed answers, and I wasn't getting the reading done fast enough. My heart broke for Evan, Nate and Ryley. The pain they went through, the hurt, but you still got your HEA! Before this book I was totally #TeamEvan.... Now, I'm just #TeamArcher!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this book Heidi!!! You did it amazingly, yet again!!!

This is a great story. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because alot of information or actions that happened in the first book are repeated in this book and they are repeated in a way like they had never happened in the first book. For example... In book one Evan, Carole, Jensen and Ryley all sit EJ down and tell him Evan is his dad before Nate gets home. In this book it is like it never happened and Evan keeps saying my son needs to know he is mine. Nate and Ryley tell EJ Evan is his dad at the park withou Evan and Evan gets upset. That is only one example there are more but the story is good very emotional and

Wow...is all I can say! The emotions that pull at you in this book are unreal. I'm not going to give a detailed description because I don't want to ruin this book for anyone. This is just one of those books you have to read for yourself!! The heartache Ryley, Nate, and Evan had to endure was unnecessary and cruel but in the end they each got the HEA they deserved. I can honestly I can't wait for the next book in the series, Save Me!!

What an amazing story. This is book 2 of the Archer brothers and you need to read book one, Here With Me first. This book is told mostly from Nate and Evans POV, I would have liked to see more of Ryley's POV, especially when even walks away from her at the park.  This book has twits and turns that are worth the angst you feel.  I read this book in a few short hours. I could not put it down.

Here With Me was a top favorite and I anxiously waited for Choose Me! Choose Me was AWESOME!!!! I couldn't read it fast enough. The rollercoaster ride had my heart beating so fast as the suspense built. ! At times I cheered for Nate, at other times I cheered for Evan! Throughout it all the ending was perfect! I HIGHLY recommend both these books!

Heidi McLaughlin gave another heartfelt story. How possible it is to have a heartbreaking story started (that there's no such way to make a justifiable ending) and have an ending so beautiful and realistic. An ending that I thought was impossible but was made possible by the author. This story is a must-read. It will made you stayed up all night, so please do read when you have a lot of time. I read slowly, devour everything that's happening, and tried my best to stop ,have some breathing space, continue reading... One of my best read for this year <3 Thank you so much for this wonderful story Heidi :)

Ever since I read Here With Me, I have been (impatiently) waiting for the next book in the Archer brothers series. I love all of Heidi's books and this one does not disappoint! While with Here With Me, I loved Evan's struggles and heartbreak. With Choose Me, we get Nate's side of things as well as the continuation on Evan and Riley's story. The best of both worlds!! Can't wait to see what Heidi has in store next!!!!

Holy Shazam Batman - I  LOVED this book!!!!  From page 1, Heidi had me hooked.  I've been so looking forward to this book since the day I finished Here With Me and I was NOT disappointed in what I read!  The pull and angst between Evan, Nate and Ryley continued in this story as I expected it to.  The way the relationships are written really makes  you understand where each of them is coming from.  While I have been and will ALWAYS be a #TeamEvan supporter, I can now understand how Nate felt when everything went down.   Without giving anything away because I hate spoilers in reviews, let me just say this, the ending was beautifully written and a complete shock at the same time.  I NEVER saw that coming, that's for sure! Well done Heidi McLaughlin, Well Done!!!!
