-iI received a free arc in exchange for an honest review! When considering a book to review this month, I looked for something very specific. I needed something to put me in the Christmas spirit. I wanted coco and candy and ice skating and kisses in the snow. I wanted to be left with a case of the feel-goods, dang it! Basically-- I wanted a Hallmark Christmas movie, and boy oh boy did CHRISTMAS KISSES: AN ECHO RIDGE ANTHOLOGY deliver. This book has all of those things and more. The anthology is made up of five short stories (by best-selling and award winning authors) that take place in the fictional ski-town of Snowy Ridge. Like in most smaller towns, the character’s lead lives that run parallel to each other, occasionally crossing paths and mingling. I loved how all of the main characters made cameos in each others stories. The sweet romance in this anthology is sure to put you in the mood for candle-lit carols and mistletoe. If you are the type of person who loves nothing more than to snuggle under a fuzzy blanket with a cup of hot chocolate and a fire in the fire place, then this book is for you. With stories to melt even Scrooge’s heart, this is a perfect holiday read.
