Something sinister is lurking in the small farming town of Clifton Falls.
With the struggle to make ends meet, the locals are excited when a new chemical fertilizer is tested on their crops. But when a crazy rainstorm washes the fertilizer onto a recently deceased homeless man, he is brought back to life with a hunger for human flesh.
And he's not the only one.
