I only know Matthew Kenney through his books and group emails. This book is well written, and I couldn't put it down. I found it to be really inspiring because Matthew clearly has accomplished a lot while helping others along the way. His courage through the difficulties that inevitably arise from doing groundbreaking work is amazing. Not only has he inspired me to eat even better, but also to use my time wisely and be creative.
