Sally is a registered dietitian and busy mom of two young boys--and she tries to get everyone fed without losing her sanity or her sense of humor. Her career began in the nutrition department of Self magazine and she has been a freelance reporter and writer specializing in nutrition for more than 15 years, including six years as a contributing editor to Parents magazine. Sally's work has appeared in nearly 20 national magazines, including Parents, Prevention, Family Circle, Fitness, and Health.
