Cosmo "Gus" Frasca rose to become a Genovese crime family caporegime. By the mid-1930s he was in trouble for assault and robbery during a Manhattan jewelry stickup. At the time Frasca and his father were operating a service station. Arraigned in Tombs Court, Cosmo served time in prison in the 1930s.
