Dark Vigil Quickstart

At 2:13 pm on March 15th, 1839, the sun and stars were stolen from the sky, leaving behind only the endless Dark. That was bad enough. Then we discovered that there were things of horror and nightmare out there, and those who spend time in the Dark sometimes come back different, with strange powers but less humanity.
