About the Author

T. M. Simmons was dragged down the ghost hunting trail many years ago, due to her avid curiosity and an aunt, Belle Brown, who had been dealing with the paranormal for more years than that. They both traveled to numerous haunted locations and succeeded in scaring themselves silly … uh … sillier and enjoying every bit of it. As a writer, some of the locations sparked entire books in Simmons' mind.
Dead Man Hand is the third book in the Dead Man Mystery Series, which grew out of those travels. Although the visit you will read about in the lead-in story in her Ghost Hunting Diary Volume IV, "St. James Jeepers Creepers," started the glimmer of the idea for Dead Man Hand, this book is entirely fictional. It is drawn from lore and legend, but the end result is totally from the depths of Simmons' ultra-active imagination. Some call it writer talent, which she prefers.
Simmons is extremely willing to discuss her experiences with anyone she can corner. She hopes you enjoy Dead Man Hand so much you want to read more of her work. In this on-line world, it's easy to find books by Simmons. To keep up with her, she has:
