Josiah is back on the trail of a murderer. Arthur Aaron Greene III is one of Kentucky s most prominent horse men but he is found hanging from the rafters in a horse barn with stones in his pockets and a bucket of water under his feet. The only witness is a nine year old boy who can t seem to remember exactly what happened. Relentless in her pursuit of the killer, Josiah stumbles into decades of lies and deception that include her dear friend, Lady Elsmere. Josiah discovers that she must go back to 1962 if she is to find out the truth at all, while making the rounds of quirky characters that can only be found in the lush Bluegrass horse country. Fighting an unknown enemy in the glamorous world of Thoroughbreds, oak-cured bourbon, and antebellum mansions, Josiah struggles to uncover the truth in a land that keeps its secrets well.

About the Author

Abigail Keam is an award-winning author who writes the Josiah Reynolds Mystery Series about a female beekeeper turned amateur sleuth. Josiah solves mysteries with her quirky friends in the Kentucky Bluegrass where fast horses, bourbon, and secrets abound.

Miss Abigail also writes the1930s Mona Moon Mysteries and the Last Chance For Romance Series, which is an inspirational series where people with problems visit the Last Chance Motel in Key Largo in desperate attempts to change their lives. There are many happy-ever-afters in these sweet and magical tales of love and redemption.

In addition, she has an epic fantasy series for those who like to read action/adventure - The Princess Maura Tales. Princess Maura must fight to keep her throne and save her people, even if it means destroying the man she loves.

Miss Abigail is also an award-winning beekeeper who has won 16 awards at the Kentucky State Fair including the Barbara Horn Award which is given to beekeepers who rate a perfect 100 in a honey competition. Like her protagonist, Josiah Reynolds, she was a professional beekeeper and sold honey at a local farmers' market for years.

She currently lives on the Kentucky River Palisades in a metal house with her husband and various critters. She still has honeybees.
