Death in the Clouds is by far one of my favoritest (I adknowledge the poor grammar) of Agatha Christie's books. I guessed who did it fairly quickly, but I still think it was something worth reading, despite the fact it had little to do with wasps (abnormally large or otherwise), which was much to my dismay. It's a great book. Read it! Also, if you enjoy Agatha Christie's books, you might find the Doctor Who episode "The Unicorn and The Wasp" kind of interesting, because they go about mentioning every single (well, almost every title--but it's amazing how many they can squeeze into the dialouge) Agatha Christie book, which may be mildly amusing for a few of you...I don't know. Maybe.

This has kept me interested all the way to the end. Loved it, certainly one of the best mysteries I have ever read!

Enthralling plot twists and brilliant inquiry by Hercule Poirot leaves you with a result not even a psychic could predict.

I enjoyed it very much. Agatha Christie was a genius at developing crime stories.

Read the book and at the end of it you will learn what i mean by being 'unconvenitonal'. But for that the reader must have read her other books too. One more thing i liked about the book was it doesnt have the suspects held up in the flight for hours as was the case in Murder on the orient express. Here they have been allowed to roam freely by the great writer. A very very deceptive ending but satisfying nevertheless. An unusual finale but a relieving one.

I haven't read this yet but I thought of doctor who to because of the wasp on the cover, "the unicorn and the wasp" is one of my favorite episodes with donna noble. I was somewhat disappointed to find out that it doesn't have much to do with giant wasps, i'm still planning to read it.

This is classic Christie - a murder in an enclosed space with a limited number of suspects. Poirot tracks down the murderer, of course, ably assisted by two suspects in the murder who can't have done it - or could they? Fantastic.

Christie reigns supreme! As always, the story is intelligent, tightly plotted, and well-paced. Plus, you can't help but have an innocent little crush on Poirot!
