Debarred the use of Arms (Second Edition): A warning from The United Kingdom

Since the publication of 'Debarred the use of Arms' there has been a shift in the policy towards self -defense in the UK. It is small but significant. Judges are looking at self- protection and justification in a new light. As to whether that will lead to more consideration for the victim and less for the criminal remains to be seen.
