The sexiest, most mysterious Burke brother of all peels back his stage persona to reveal the real man—and the rock-hard body—behind the rockstar in the banging fourth book from New York Times bestselling author Emma Hart’s hot new adult series that began with Dirty Past, Dirty Secret, and Dirty Lies.

After witnessing an endless string of late nights, long tours, and eager groupies her world-famous father could never resist, Chelsey Young knows the dirty truth behind the glamorous façade of the rockstar life. Which is exactly why she takes hot as hell guitarist Kye Burke to bed when he decides he wants her.

One night. That’s how rockstars roll.

Unless your name is Kye Burke. The quietest of all his brothers, Kye’s style has never really been pumping and dumping, so pursuing Chelsey isn’t a hard choice for him. The hard part is keeping hold of the girl who’s hotter than the Sahara one minute then so cold even Antarctica wouldn’t touch her the next…despite the fact that they can’t stay away from each other.

The fact that he’s about to leave for L.A. to record the newest Dirty B. album doesn’t work in his favor, either. A long-distance relationship is the reason Chelsey’s parents divorced, and she’s sworn them off. Completely. Forever. No way.

Kye has two weeks to prove to Chelsey that he isn’t the kind of man her father is. She has two weeks to convince him that it’s never going to happen. But Kye didn’t get where he is by giving up…and even if it’s the fight of his life, there’s no way he’s giving Chelsey up.

What a bittersweet ending to this series. I will be honest. I am sad to see this series end. I loved each of the Burke brothers. And if I am being honest, I don't usually enjoy band books this much. Although there are NOT typical band books. Not even close. Emma has a clever way of mixing snark, angst. love, hate and self assurance in such a way that I can't help to get lost in her books. Like the other books in this series, I was hooked from the beginning. This one is so full of the above mentioned and so much more. This book is the perfect balance of angst and sweetness that I found myself devouring it in no time. I don't think I can say enough positive things about this story. Please note that although this is a series, each book is a standalone. However, to get the full effect of the story, I would suggest reading each book in order. This way all of the backstories are there. There are pieces in each book that can help in understanding little things in each one.

The best Burke brother was saved for last! Kye isn't at all like his man-whoring brothers, but he does have a bit of their fierce determination. He's the kind of book boyfriend you'd actually want in real life. Chelsey has commitment issues and leads him on a bit of a chase for her heart. Nothing in the story was rushed or forced, but at times I felt like certain events were leading up to a climax that never came (not in a sexual way, those parts were quite spectacular). She's a bit difficult and whole lot to handle, but Kye decides that she is worth it all. Funny, sexy and sweet, this book has it all, including a wrap up for the other 3 book brothers and their relationships.

Dirty Tricks by Emma Hart is the fourth and final book in The Burke Brothers series. How bittersweet this was! We finally get Kye Burke's story...the quietest of the Burke siblings and twin to Aidan he has his sights set on Chelsey Young. Chelsey has NO DESIRE WHATSOEVER to EVER date ANYONE in the industry. She was burned a long time ago by her famous fathers behavior and has no time for the BS involved, so of course her and Kye have a night of passion together that sparks his interest in Chelsey and complete avoidance by her. Well-paced with some great emotional revelations and the welcome glimpses of the other Burkes and their take on Kye's impossible mission. Chelsey has a ton of issues that Kye is patient enough to help her work through and he gets under her skin just enough that she doesn't ever realize he's breaking down her walls until she's already standing in the rubble. A great emotional ending with the best epilogue ever!
