This is a book about not taking your animals with you places because they will get into mischief. So instead take people with you places. It is a silly book that will get children interested in reading.

If you think this book is only about taking your pet snake for a stroll, think again!! ¿Don¿t Take Your Snake for a Stroll¿, is a tale of all the wild bizarre things that could happen if you took you pet kangaroo, elephant, coyote, skunk, chimp, rhinoceros, or even your pet moose out for a stroll. There are rhymes throughout the book. However, I think children between the ages of two and four may not understand the humor regarding each animal. But it will help them to remember, ¿If you want o have fun without worry, listen to what you should do: Leave all the animals tucked in at home and take only people with you.¿ Fabulous illustrations!Awesome read out loud.Recommended for children aged 6 and up.

A funny story about animals. Could be used during a class discussion about the differences in animals.

Fun, rhyming book. Great for language development-kids need to hear the rhyming to connect different sounds. Highly recommend this book!
