About the Author

Liliana Hart spent five years teaching music in the public education system. She molded America’s youth, busted kids for smoking pot in the restrooms, and broke up illicit affairs behind the stage on a regular basis. (Liliana’s Addison Holmes Mystery Series, about a small town teacher who gets into a whole lot of trouble, is somewhat autobiographical, but she won’t confess to which parts).

Liliana began reading romance novels with all her new found free time, and when she ran out of things to read, she decided to write her own novels.

The series was OK, I think she definitely charges too much for too little of a story. Not satisfied with this author. She thinks that her writing is worth its weight in gold when there are extremely better authors out there. She is definitely charging way more for such mediocre work. If looking for some amazing writing look into J.M Madden , Natasza Waters, Anna Brooks their work is worth the money and it's a lot less then $6.00 a book for only 127 , 198, 221 pages unbelievable! Think hard before you spend $6.05 a book it's not that great.

I devoured all 4 books in 2 days. I love Jaye and Jack and their growth as a couple. What I didn't like.. this whole last book. If this is the end of the series, then it sucks. The wedding is just an after throught and only covered in a three paragraph epilogue , the whole story is rushed and all over the place. What happened to Jaye's father? Is he dead, arrested, on the run? There just seems to be no closure at all to the story. Too many unanswered questions left out there.

Abviously the Disappointed readers didnt read the follow up novella that answers all the questions the have. Anyone that doesnt appreciate the talent an author has to able to inject such loveable humor in the horrors of the real world must read on an elementary level. More discerning readers will appreciate this series. I intend to read all this authors books. CB

I love the series but this was the weakest of books. I enjoyed it until about the last 20 pages where it seemed like she realized she had run out of time to solve the crime by the wedding. Killer identified suddenly and his actions at end not really justified. The book should have been longer to make for a better thought out ending. Hopefully, her next JJ book will not be as rushed.

this series is so awesome! Sorry, child of the 80's here! JJ is a character that is well developed and someone you want to cheer for, cry and laugh with. And Jack is so dreamy! Read all of this series and anything else Liliana Hart writes!!

I anxiously awaited the release of this book and was highly disappointed. It was a great storyline but was not fully developed. Too many questions are left unanswered. the cost for 127 pages was too high.

I couldn't focus on this book. Its short about 127 pages. The beginning of the book dragged. There was a lot of unnecessary detail, but thedetails were short and non descriptive when it matter (like the wedding or when the bad guy was caught). The story line was great, but it felt rushed. I love L.H. books and after waiting some time to finally read this one , I was terribly disappointed.
