Dungaree Liberty: Sailors do get even!

Liberty is something that all sailors are familiar with; "dungaree liberty" they may not be. It isn't often used and in today's modern times it isn't much needed. But, sometimes in the past it was used as a very rapid, valuable and effective way to "clean up" a liberty port.
