If you are looking to graduate up from the 30 day videos, this is one way to do it (you can also use No More Trouble Zones). The moves are more complex so this will take a few times through to get the moves down. Which I love because it makes it less boring. Also, it's tough. Even level 1. So just modify if you need to. But don't start here. Start with the 30 day shred (I prefer the first one but some like the second better) and graduate up to this.
