Strangler vs. Strangler [Blu-ray]

In this tongue-in-cheek horror film by Slobodan Sijan, a pudgy, overly sensitive street vendor sells red carnations to the public, mainly female, and is generally quite friendly -- unless someone ridicules his flowers; then he strangles them.
