The Disembodied is a voodoo melodrama set in a Hollywood-backlot jungle. The villain of the piece is Tonda (Allison Hayes), the craven wife of jungle doctor Metz (John Wengraf). Whenever she can't get what she wants, Tonda resorts to voodoo to confound and destroy her enemies. Naturally, she receives her comeuppance in a particularly untidy fashion.
