Overview

Co-directors Christopher A. Micklos and Jay Sapiro present a chilling supernatural tale of death and destruction. Mara is a young teacher buried in piles of debt. When she receives the news that she inherited a lakefront inn from a distant relative, she thinks her problems are about to disappear. Seeking a quick, lucrative sale to settle her debts, Mara invites a group of buyers for a viewing. The buyers soon find themselves trapped and hunted by a malicious force dominating the inn's grounds.
