The book is written for adults, but is suitable for children with adult help and supervision. Knitting instructions are provided for several dogs, cats, and rabbits. A pattern for a bear is included. Many of the animals can be made so that they can be posed. The crafter can select different kinds of yarn to get a completely different look for some of the animals. Smaller patterns yield animals that are a suitable size for pets for either 18" or for mini dolls.
