This is a great Vegetarian book and I hope that others find it recipes and read it as well. This time Stephen Williams gives us advice and tips about healthy food, how to prepare that kind of food. Stephen Williams suggests this book to everybody, vegetarians and not, just to help them changing their food preparation and consumption styles and be healthy. Every person no matter what kind of diet would be necessary to know which food ways are good, and which are not for him. Eating meat is not always a good thing for our body. You need to be aware of the consequences of our body. The human body is like a machine that is necessary to give this necessary energy to work, and that energy is exactly vegetarian diet. But, if you will get Williams' book, you will find out new tastes, just to revive your cooking. You can find different recipes, and will see that they're very simple to make. This book really makes you starving, with these recipes full of simplicity and fine taste at the same time, making it a great book in your personal collection. One of my best friends is a vegetarian and I wanted to be able to have some recipes on hand to make for her when she came over. My biggest worry as someone who uses a protein in most of my cooking was that something would be lacking to my non vegetarian meal goers when I cooked. Thanks to Easy Vegetarian Recipes: Recipes For Healthy Living by Stephen Williams I have been able to make everyone happy. The recipes themselves are well written and easy to follow. The first ones I made were a big hit with my picky eating husband who is a big meat eater. Once I tried them out on him I invited my friend over to try some of my vegetarian fare. She was so happy! It was very gratifying to be able to serve her something that was well made and not just the afterthought vegetarian option. My only wish for this book was that that it was indexed a little better for being able to go back to the recipes I liked best. However over all that does not affect the readability or enjoyment of the book. Anyone who is vegetarian knows one or just wants to eat healthier would do well with this book.

In line with the prevalent attitude of the society today in which healthy lifestyle is the "in" thing, having this recipe book is very useful. This book is not just for vegetarians, this is also for those who eat not just the greens and all other colors which give the vitamins and minerals our body needs. This book gives us a new take on veggies especially if one wants a variety on their plates with the easy recipes the book offers. I am not a vegetarian and I don't have plans of being one in the near future but I do employ a healthy diet in my gastronomic palette. If you look at the food pyramid, veggies are in the bottom and have the biggest percentage in what a person should have in his/her daily intake. While other food groups have each of their own level of percentage with their own nutritional value, veggies are very important as they have the biggest share in the percentage. The recipes I got from this book are all tasty and delicious, far from the popular belief that greens are bland and most of the times tasteless. I suppose the writer wants his readers to see vegetarianism in a different light and the food vegetarians eat are not tedious and uninteresting. He wants to reiterate that eating vegetables can be enjoyable aside from the fact that they are also nutritious. Plus the Vegan Recipes included in this book do have a twist! This is also a fun read for me and the cooking procedures are actually pretty easy to follow. The writer presented the recipes and procedures in a way that it is as if he is a friend conversing to another friend. I just hope that the writer presents more recipes as I am interested in knowing more. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. I would even give this book as a gift to my friends who have the inclination to live healthy just like I do.
Well I have to say that this book is a great read if you are someone that does not eat meat. I actually eat meat, but I like to look at some of these recipes to get an idea about how to make a few green foods or meals that I can use for my dishes. I know a few people that do not eat meat, so if I am cooking for them I would love to have a few ideas. This is a great book to get if you are stuck and you find yourself making the same foods over and over. I loved reading this book, because it gave me a lot of great ideas and some new recipes to try with my friends. I am going to give this book to my friends so that they can have a nice little guide as well. I think that this is a great guide for all to read even if you are not a vegetarian, because you will get a lot of great recipes when it comes to cooking different foods that you may want to try or cooking for friends of yours. You should always have a nice guide to help you cook different foods when you are trying to add to your dish or help others. This was a great book and I hope that others find it and read it as well.
