This is my favorite cookbook. I have purchased many cookbooks over the years and typically find a handful of recipes my family enjoys. I have made 15 recipes from this book so far and every one of them was a hit. Besides being yummy, they are relatively easy to make and she doesn't use ingredients that I have to google to know what it is. I also really like that the author has a FB page and will answer questions regarding substitutions, problems, etc. BUY THIS COOKBOOK!

My all time favorite cookbook. Anyone that is looking to limit their sugar and grain intake NEEDS this cookbook. I made the Bacon Broccoli for New Year's Eve. It was such a hit I ran out of it before the steak and lobster. A must have in my opinion.
