Most Helpful Customer Reviews
A very informative reference on nutrition in general and especially for the clean eating plan. The author really has in depth knowledge on this subject and nutrition in general. HOWEVER, I would not say that it's the most exiting For Dummies book to read. I can't seem to get thro this book. It is utterly too boring to read more than a few pages at a time. I'm forcing myself to finish this book simply because I bought it! But I just don't know when it will be.
This book explains perfectly the concepts of clean eating. The science is sound and well written. And the recipes are just excellent. Highly recommend.
Why is it $2 cheaper on amazon for the kindle?
