This book investigates the "pliegos de cordel" (printed booklets) that came out of the printing house of José María Moreno in the 19th century. It addresses the history of the printer, traces invaluable material lost among archives and libraries, and offers an inventory of 750 prints preserved both at the University of Geneva and in other parts of Europe. An important contribution to the history of publishing and printing in Spain.
