Enlightened End by Audrey Carlan

My world ended the day I received an eviction notice for Lotus House Yoga. Teaching yoga is all I've ever known. I've been doing tree pose since the age of two. The studio is my home, my legacy. My mother and her best friend left Lotus House to me so that I could carry on spreading goodness and light to everyone who enters our door. Now I'm faced with the very real possibility that it will all go up in smoke...unless I can convince Grant Winters--the most ridiculously handsome and arrogant businessman I've ever met--to save not only my business but all those around it.

When I stormed into Grant's office to beg and plead for a second chance at preserving what my family spent decades building, I had no idea how it would change my life.

A deal was made.

He'd visit the businesses he was planning to destroy and attend classes at Lotus House while I worked to change his mind. In exchange, I had to enter his business-first world of luxury, fast-talking men, and surgically enhanced women.

Turns out, I didn't fit in... Then again, neither did he.

In the end, we were both enlightened.

Enlightened End beautifully wraps up the Lotus House series. Audrey Carlan emphasizes the need for love, trust, understanding, and communication with any successful relationship - family, friendship, romance. There are tears, anger, laughter, and love of all magnitudes with Luna and Grant's story. Enlightened End brilliantly brings out all the feels that make this book in the series stand out and shine.

Audrey Carlan is one of my favorite authors and she does not disappoint once again. I couldn’t hardly put this down. I have enjoyed the entire series, but Luna and Grant’s story was one of my favorites. Even though this a a total stand alone book, I loved how all of the main characters from the 6 other books make an appearance. Thanks for another great story!

What to expect from the queen of hot writting? I mean, she's amazing and I know it will be a masterpiece. I've had the pleasure to meet this stunning woman and it's a day I can't forget. Audrey Carlan is the bomb. Her writing is super detailed, raw, full of feelings and emotions. Her words can wake up feelings that you might had lost. Just go for it. Enlightened End is her latest release and it's the 7th book from the Lotus House series. I've been following this series for a while now and I was amazed from the first chapter. This new book explores the lifes of Luna and Grant. Luna's life always revolved around the Lotus House. The legacy her mother left for her to keep following her dreams and spread love and joy and peace. Now everything is at stake due to a ruthless business man. Grant is used to think big and go higher. He's the CEO of the Winters group. He's a business man that will do everything in his power to succeed. And now he wants to close the Lotus House. But he wasn't expecting a feisty woman that will stop at nothing to sew her "baby" safe again. These two make an agreement that they will spend time in each other business. Let me just say that when this book ended I was super sad and also happy. Sad because this series is over and I wasn't prepared for it but I'm also so happy because this book was the perfect ending to a stunning series. The plot is magnificent, super engaging, sweet and wild as well. But don't let the sweet part fool you because these two are insane. They share a great chemistry but they are super stubborn. I'm at a loss for words because how can I talk more about this book when my heart is so tight? It's a good thing not bad but I really wanted this series to keep going and going. This book presented us with what really matters, love and they it's what's worth fighting for. There were parts of the story that I laughed so hard but there were others that I wanted to slap someone. Jesus... These two are something else. I will miss this series and I'm super happy for the chance to read all 7 books. Audrey what can I say? There is nothing new that I haven't said before but I will reinforce that you are a goddess. Your words got stuck on my mind and will be here for a while. Can't wait for more books from you. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

I was not ready for this series to end. Audrey Carlan has created a beautiful world in the Lotus House Series and has sculptured a beautiful conclusion in Enlightened End. I was expecting a lot of conflict between Luna and Grant. After all, Grant’s company is planning to destroy Lotus House, which Luna now owns. She storms into his company and makes a deal to spend time with Grant in exchange for showing him the beauty of Lotus House and its street. Luna and Grant quickly form a beautiful bond, one built on attraction and respect. While there still is outside conflict, their relationship forms quickly and isn’t too dramatic. I loved the appearances of the previous Lotus House couples, including a naked couples yoga session! Like all of Audrey Carlan’s books, the chemistry between Luna and Grant is scorching. However, their love is sweet and beautiful too. Luna is firmly her own person and knows what she wants. She doesn’t bow to the pressure of Grant’s corporate world. Grant learns to juggle his corporate life and what truly makes him happy, which is Luna. This was such a satisfying end to a series that I really didn’t want to end. Despite that, this was a good ending place and didn’t drag the series past its natural conclusion like some series do. Honestly, I can see myself rereading this series when I need a moment of beauty and zen as well as some heat. Luna and Grant are both great and complexly created characters and it was a joy to watch them fall in love.

My review Kayla Davis June 27, 2018 "She thinks I’m going to save her. How does she not see she’s the one saving me?" The author saved the best for last with Enlightened End. This is hands down my favorite book in the whole series. I am sad to see the Lotus House end. This last book was nothing like I expected but I couldn't imagine it ending any other way! Everything about this book was beautifully written. This is the first book I can honestly say I have not one single complaint about anything. The plot kept your interest, and the characters easily drew you in. I absolutely LOVE Grant and Luna. I was hooked on their story from the very first page. Their chemistry was completely off the charts. I don't think I have read characters that compliment each other quite like these two. They are literally the yin to the others yang, and I could not get enough. They will forever be my favorite Lotus House couple. "Luna is light, energy, and kindness wrapped in a sinful body and a pure soul. Everything I could ever want and never hoped to find. But I have. In her." Luna is one of those heroines you can't help but love. I was so excited for her story and she did NOT disappoint. She is feisty and passionate in everything she does. I couldn't get enough of her free spirit. The devotion her character has for her friends, Grant, even life is what makes me love her character most. Luna has a unwavering strength you can't help but envy. "Being connected to Grant is the best feeling in the world. He’s sunshine and warm winds. Dark chocolate drizzled over ice cream. Sunday mornings in bed. Wood-burning fireplaces and toasted marshmallows. He’s everything I could eve

Oh what an end to a most brilliant and beautiful series that touches on so many real life issues in a most respectful manner. If you haven't read the other books in this series, please do!! Luna and Grant.....talk about an intense and complex situation. Both have beliefs to fight for while trying to fight their attractions to each other. Without any spoilers, I have to say that this couple is probably one of my favorites in any romance book or series. Read to find out if love really can conquer all......

Enlightened End in the final installment of the Lotus House series, and WOW what a way to end it. When poor Luna receives an eviction letter, she knows that there is no way she will allow her and her friends to end up on the street. Determined to get through to the Winters, Luna will stop at nothing to keep them from demolishing her and friends businesses. What Luna isn't expecting is Grant Winters, the strong, arrogant and handsome business man who holds her life in his hands. The man that offers her a proposition she just can't say no to. Grant is living a life his father has built for him. A life where he constantly attempts to please his father but never does. His father is ruthless and he has made Grant that way too. That is until the bright eyed, sweet as honey fairy with flaming red hair comes trampling into his office. Luna...the woman who captured his heart from the moment he laid eyes on her. He knew he had to think of something to claim her, what better way than a deal she can't say no to. She would go out on date with Grant every time he spent time seeing why he shouldn't go ahead and demolish the businesses. He would get the girl and build his multimillion buildings, since the deal had already been set in motion, papers signed and so forth. What Grant didn't expect was Luna turning his world upside down. I loved how Luna and Grant complemented each other even though they were so different in so many ways. Luna a hippie in every way and Grant an uptight, arrogant business man. Luna brought out the best in Grant and Grant brought put the fierceness in Luna. The love between them was true and real and undeniable. Luna's patience and illuming light brought peace into Grant's life that he was missing and allowed him to see things beyond what his father showed him. Luna brought out the light in Grant that had been dulled in the absence of his mother. Ahhh, I just love them! Perfection Audrey Carlan! The Lotus House family is one that will stay with me forever.

Enlightened End by Aubrey Carlan is book 7 in The Lotus House Series. It is the final book. You do not have to read the other books in the series to enjoy this one but you will want to read them all. This is an amazing series. This series revolves around Lotus House yoga center and the amazing people that work and practice there. In addition to the surrounding business owners. Enlightened End centers on Lotus House and its owner Luna. When faced with an eviction notice she meets Grant. He is smoking hot and the most arrogant man she has ever met. And she must convince him their little neighborhood is worth saving. Sparks fly and a deal is struck. Grant will visit the businesses he plans to destroy and Lotus House. Luna has to step into his business first world, a world that is very different from her spiritually enlightening world. Luna and Grant could not be more opposite. But their chemistry is sizzling hot! This series is fantastic and this is an amazing ending.

Enlightened End is a magnificent finale to an absolutely beautiful series! Grant & Luna's love story is phenomenal - couldn't put it down and dare I say my favorite of the series too! Utterly brilliant writing. Unique, creative storyline. Impeccably articulated and paced. Perfectly complex and intriguing characters. An amazing journey between two unlikely people that began as enemies but is transformed along their journey of personal growth, love and forgiveness. Mostly for Grant, because Luna is a perfect goddess of light and love that can't help but share her strength and good heartedness even with the man determined to demolish her everything for his biggest payday ever. Luna is the last of the Lotus House crew to be bitten by the love bug. Her life is devoted to her business and practice. Her dream, to be a wife and mother. Her business & her home are all put in jeopardy by the eviction notice with a 6 month warning before the wrecking ball arrives. She's feisty and fired up enough to march into Grant Winters office hoping to change his mind. Not just for herself and her business but for the others who are well known and loved on her block. Grant is not prepared for the sizzle and attraction he immediately feels when Luna waltzes in to his office. She takes his breath away. Then the zap when they shake hands - he is intrigued, attracted and determined to get his hands on her. Despite being a shrewd business man - I love the vulnerable, raw side of our hero, Grant. To say it's endearing is an understatement. Over the course of the story I fell a little more in love with his protective, possessive, loving sides with each and every chapter. His background and family were just wow - both good and bad. Made him who he is today, however his future is because of Luna and her light and strength. Truly fantastic book. Love, Love, Love everything about Audrey's writing. She always leaves me mesmerized by her creativity & attention to detail in all aspects. From the story and characters to her ability to leave me panting with desire right along with the hero and heroine. All with her words! Obviously it's her superpower! Next up will be the audiobook. I cannot wait to hear my favorite scenes brought to life by these narrators.

Following along on this journey has been enlightening for a lack of better words. I could not picture a better conclusion for the series and these people. Audrey has taken us on a journey through something she is so passionate about, not just words, but the practice of yoga and in every other aspect of that, and for that I couldn’t be more grateful. Getting to see Grant and Luna come together and take that journey hand-in-hand was beautiful. You laugh, cry, feel joy, and every other emotion she is able to emote into the page throughout. I remember when I got to read January before this crazy journey started and following along and watching the blossoming of Audrey’s story has been magical. Being able to be a part of it, even just on the other side of the pages has been an honor.
