Envy's Grace: A Benjamin Drake Novel (#1)

Set in modern-day Louisiana, Benjamin Drake, a down on his luck Afghanistan veteran struggles to work through his first case after being shot while working for the FBI. In order to make ends meet, he begins working privately for an alluring client grieving the disappearance of his mother. Benjamin Drake attempts to reorganize his life, but is antagonized by his own addictions, his ex-girlfriend, and a violent answer to the burning questions that have troubled him since he was a child.
