Lash removal, skin around the eyes eye infections and Alopecia and more, contra-indications, anatomy of the eye, glue types, lash types. The step by step instructions have been tested by people that have never applied lashes before. The feedback I received from these students has been helpful in the rewrites of this manual. My aim as a teacher was that if someone lived where there was no beauty school or for other reasons they could not get to a beauty school they could learn the art from this book. In my opinion they should be able to pick up a step by step manual and be able to follow the instructions one step at a time and learn the art of eyelash extension grafting. Furthermore as it is an elective module and some therapists may not be able to afford this extra module while at beauty school. Others remember the basics and then when they actually get into a salon environment they forget some of the main points. If you do a bad job some customers will not return others will complain and you may not fully understand why they are complaining. This book was designed to teach new Beauty schools students and those returning to the industry after a maternity break. However, most home users have found this manual sincerely helpful as well. I also offer free email support, tutorials and online courses in the art of eyelash extensions. I was trained over 50 years ago and the changes to this art have been minimal. It is however an art that comes and goes in and out of fashion. But even when it is out of fashion there will be people that need this service. Transvestites, cross dressers, all male dancers, dancers, singers, brides, film stars, alopecia clients and many others need this service all the time.
