Fall of Granada

The Lebanese poet Fawzi Al-Maalouf inspired the subject of his theatrical novel from the story "Gonzalve de Cordoue" (in French: Gonzalve de Cordoue and in Spanish: Gonzalo Fernandez de Cordoba) by the French writer Florian. It is a poetic novel that praises the exploits of that Andalusian hero who defeated the last Arab king in Spain, Abu Abdullah al-Ahmar of Granada, in the year 1492 AD.
