Andrew made a bone-head move when he got cold feet and walked away from the woman who is his mate. Now that he realizes the mistake he made, he's determined to do whatever it takes to have her forgive him and give him a second chance. Charlotte had her heart broken when Andrew walked away. Returning to her pack's lands, she's determined to move forward with her new salon and forget about the past. But when Andrew comes to Charlotte's pack in an exchange trade deal, he's going to use this opportunity to spend time with her and convince her that he's got his head on straight and they belong together. Falling for his Mate is a quick, sweet read and a fun return to the Crescent Moon world. *ARC received from author in exchange for an honest review.

He screwed up. Second in command of the O’Shea wolf pack, Andrew Reid screwed up and let Charlotte walk away from him. Now that he’s come to his senses, he’s determined to win her back, no matter how much he has to grovel. Because she’s a woman worth fighting for. She’s not willing to trust him again. Charlie thought Andrew was different from other males, that what they shared was real—that their connection was the rare mating pull. But a true mate wouldn’t have ghosted on her the way he did. So no matter what he wants, she’s not playing his games. To capture her heart for good, he’ll have to prove he’s worthy of a second chance. Even if that means he has to give up everything, including his pack. Review: This will not be a long review because this is a novella and if I give away a lot, there goes the whole book. What I will say though, is that the Author puts a lot of story in a small package. I was very satisfied with this paranormal romance. It was well-executed, great characters, no cliff-hangers, sexy, romantic. Andrew and Charlie are extremely likable and love their second chance at love story. I always love this Author's storytelling and read her whenever anew book comes out. If you are looking for a quick, entertaining, paranormal read then I would highly suggest this book and the series for that matter. 4Stars *Received a copy of this book from the Author in exchange for a fair and honest review.*

This was a good paranormal read about shifters. Andrew's doubt has messed up his relationship with the lovely Charlie and he wants nothing more than to have her back in his life as his mate. I love that the books in this series are standalones so you don't feel lost if you miss a book. I enjoyed the storyline and the characters but I wished there was a little more action within the story. However, it was a great short read and I look forward to reading more books in this series and from this author.

I personally didn't like it because it was too short and they just threw you into the middle of things.

This is an addition to an established series by author Katie Reus/Savannah Stuart.. This was a "quick read" for me. I enjoyed the characters and their interactions. Sometimes saying the words "sorry" isn't enough and your actions must speak louder than your words. Andrew realizes this after he lets his mate (Charlottle) walk away from him and return to her own pack. Will he be willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for her forgiveness? Worth the read to find out.

This delightful novella is 6th book in the Crescent Moon series. I received it as an ARC from NetGalley and I have to confess, I haven't read the series yet...but I love all of Katie Reus' stories so I knew I'd love this one too. It wasn't hard to come into the 6th book at all. I adore second-chance stories! Andrew Reid is his pack's second in command. He's admitting he screwed up and let the love of his life go. He was afraid he'd be trapped. Given time and distance he realized he was just plain stupid. I love when an alpha admits he's been stupid, lol. When he gets an opportunity to be temporarily traded to Charlie/Charlotte's pack he jumps at the chance. Then he begins his apology and seduction. Trouble of course knocks and they have to protect the pack together. Charlie realizes Andrew is true and worth a second chance. Thanks for the opportunity to review this Katie/Savannah! It was a delight and I'll have to pick up the rest and get caught up!

Falling For His Mate by Savannah Stuart and Katie Reus Andrew would do anything to win Charlie (Charlotte) back, even leave his own pack if he has to. He screwed up. He owns it. Now he's going for a second chance to win her love. A wolf shifter paranormal romance novella. A fast irresistible read if you love either the author or genre. Part of a series but can be read alone. Excerpt: “Charlie took a deep breath and opened her front door—and came face-to-face with sexy-as-sin Andrew. She’d scented him, but thought it was just because he was on this floor. “Hey.” Why did she sound all breathy? There would be no breathiness, no sexiness. Nada. Tonight they were going to be two professionals on patrol acting like civilized wolves. Her inner wolf nearly snorted. Yeah right, that was why she’d worn her tight cargo pants and skin tight matching tank top. Liar, liar, sexy pants on fire. He swept his gaze over her so quickly she might have missed it, but there was no ignoring the glint of hunger in his pale eyes when their gazes clashed again. God, this male was determined to drive her insane simply with his presence. And oh, what a presence it was. Tall, dark, sexy, he was dressed similarly to her with dark cargo pants and a T-shirt that did nothing to hide those sculpted abs and muscles. His broad shoulders stretched against the fabric of the shirt, begging for her to tear it off." Excerpt From: Stuart, Savannah. “Falling for His Mate.”

Andrew is second in command of the O'Shea pack and when he first meets Charlotte (who is visiting from another pack) he falls head over heels in love. But with that love comes a bit of boneheaded, alpha idiocy, he disappears on Charlie after promising to show up at her Salon opening when she returns home. Not only does he not show up but he straight out avoids her. He realizes his momentous screw-up not long after and heads over to her pack and is determined to win her trust and love back. Charlie is devastated when she realizes that Andrew bailed on her with no explanation. Heartbroken, she plans on moving on with her life but when Andrew shows up unexpectedly at her shop she is finds herself having a difficult time resisting him even though she is still furious and hurt. This was short and sweet afternoon read. I always enjoy watching an Alpha own up to their mistakes and show their vulnerable side. As usual this wouldn't be a Katie Reus book without some of her trademark sizzle. Falling for his Mate is a perfect addition to the Crescent Moon series!

: 3.5 stars--FALLING FOR HIS MATE is the sixth novella in Savannah Stuart / Katie Reus’s contemporary, adult CRESCENT MOON paranormal, romance series. This is wolf shifters second in command of the O’Shea pack Andrew Reid, and hair stylist, Kincaid pack wolf Charlie’s story line. FALLING FOR HIS MATE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from previous installments is revealed where necessary. Told from dual third person perspectives (Charlie and Andrew) FALLING FOR HIS MATE is a second chance story line between our leading couple. Months before, Andrew Reid met Charlotte while on assignment but our hero panicked when his wolf wanted to claim Charlie for their mate. A lack of communication and Andrew’s need to run sent Charlie home with a broken heart. Fast forward to present day, with the vampires killing on Kincaid Pack land, Andrew volunteers to work an exchange between Packs so that he is able to ask Charlie for a second chance. What ensues are Andrew’s attempts to win back the woman he loves as they search for the vampires who are threatening the safety of everyone they love. FALLING FOR HIS MATE is a fast paced, quick read; a rekindling romance between two wolf shifters whose mating was fated months before. The premise is energetic; the characters are sassy and sexy; the romance is sensual and passionate. Due to the novella length, the story line focused more on the relationship than the vampire invasion on shifter territory- the one encounter is quick; we know nothing about the who, what or why.

My Thoughts - 4 out of 5 Unicorns - I really liked it!!! ***I choose what I read and review based on what intrigues me!! Yes, I received a review copy of this book, but no one tells me what to think, feel, or write about any book! The cover is okay, but I like my shifter books to have the animals on the cover too!! This is the 6th book in the series, and it is for adults only due to the steamy content. It is not necessary to read them in order, but I suspect you would love them more if you did! In the future, I plan to get the books I haven’t read yet to see if I’m correct! It is novella length and about 145 pages. This is Andrew and Charlie’s story! Andrew made some bonehead mistakes because of fear and now he must atone to get his mate. I really like both of them. They both work hard, and they are better together. They just have to realize it. There is a little bit of action with some vampires, but mostly it is the two of them trying to get their stuff together. I enjoy Savannah’s writing! She pulled me right into the story, and I didn’t want to put it down. Actually, I stayed up way too late finishing it last night, but it was worth it. I recommend to any wolf shifter fan especially if you love Savannah Stuart and Katie Reus’s work already!!

Sweet yet steamy second-chance story that kept me entertaining from the first page to the last one. It’s always a pleasure coming back to this series because although short, this author always delivers in the romance department. I was gifted a copy of this story by the author. My review is my opinion alone and was in no way influenced by the author or publisher.

Andrew Reid is second in command of the O'Shea wolf pack. He's a strong Alpha who is never afraid. Until he falls for Charlie, a member of the Kincaid pack. He breaks his word to her and walks away, but he can't forget her. He has to make her forgive him. He wants to claim her as his mate. Will he be successful? Andrew is a powerful wolf shifter. I liked that he knows he was wrong and is willing to admit that he made a mistake. When he confided in Charlotte why he ran and what he fears, I was impressed. Charlie's heart is broken. She fell for him yet he walked away. Seeing them work through their problems pulled me in. I enjoy reading Katie Reus. She creates action packed and romantic stories that I liked. All the characters are likeable and add to the action. The isolated setting helps create a suspenseful atmosphere as does the snappy dialogue. I'm enjoying the Crescent Moon stories. They're a nice combination of action and romance. I received a copy of this book which I voluntarily read and reviewed. My comments are my honest opinion.

Return to Crescent Moon This is a beautiful story that is full of action, romance and mystery. This is fantastic writing that is all the goodness of Savannah Stuart/Katie Reus. We have alpha Andrew who is possessive and protective and he wants the chance to win back his mate , the woman that he loves- Charlotte. Charlotte had her heart tore apart when Andrew walked away from her. When she returns to the packs lands, she is determined to move forward with opening her new salon and forget about the past which includes Andrew. Andrew gets a chance to try and make things right when he comes in an exchange trade deal and he takes the opportunity to visit the Kincaid pack determined to make amends and get his mate. In this novella, we get to see the chemistry, the angst. the pain and the love between Andrew and Charlie. Will they are wont they get back together? There is heat and there is a lot of love in the novella that is a return to the CRESCENT MOON series. I am eagerly awaiting the next book in this series. My Rating: 4.5 stars ***** "I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book in exchange for an honest review***

We have met Andrew Reid in a previous book, and this Beta has really put his foot in it. He gave Charlotte everything she could want in a mate, then just up and vanish? Well being the strong female she is she moves on and into another pack. Can this couple find their way back to each other? Riveting short, hot, romance. We get a little action and a whole lotta hotness.

A cute, quick read, a second chance romance… This is the sixth novella in the Crescent Moon series that can be read as a stand-alone. Wolf shifter Andrew Reid, the second-in-command of the O’Shea pack, met his mate when she visited a friend in his territory. He knew instinctively that she was his mate but he let unresolved family baggage deter him from fully acting on it and when she went back home he foolishly broke contact but his wolf knew it was the wrong move to make. With the packs exchanging personnel during negotiations he takes the opportunity to visit the Kincaid pack determined to make amends and get his mate. When wolf shifter Charlie of the Kincaid pack visited a friend she never expected to find her mate, they had a sweet courtship and made plans for the future but when she returned home he disappeared from her life, even standing her up for the opening of her business. She doesn’t believe a true mate would do that so the pull she felt had to be wrong. She now wants nothing more to do with him, it hurts what he did, but she’ll have to face it again when he unexpectedly shows up as a temporary pack trade. This was a cute, quick read, a second chance romance with a hero who had to atone for his actions and a sassy heroine who won’t easily forgive him and rightfully so. Communication is important even among shifters and Andrew has a lot to explain. Will she understand his reasons and decide to accept him? An advanced reading copy was obtained from the author.

Falling For His Mate is the latest in the Crescent Moon series. This one features Andrew and Charlie. The were on their way to being something special when Andrew got cold feet and pretty much started ignoring Charlie and their brief affair fizzled. Months later, Andrew finally wakes up to the fact that Charlie is the one for him and he can't allow his fears to keep them apart. But can he convince Charlie of that? This is a quick read about second chances and conquering your fears. I appreciated the fact that Charlie didn't give in too quickly and how Andrew was determined to court her. There is a paranormal edge to the book as most of the characters are shifters, but it is not overwhelming. ARC received in exchange for an honest review.

Yes I finished this in one sitting. It pulled me in and I kept reading. Talk about pulling at the heart strings and wanting to make me cry all at once. OMG. I love the bathroom scene. I don't know what I would do if that had happened to me. :) Andrew Reid, the second in command of the O'Shea pack, messed up. He walked away from the women he fell for. But now he has a chance to set things right. Maybe explain why he disappeared. If only Charlie will let him. Charlotte "Charlie" thought he was different. That he would be the one. Then he was gone. He had hurt her. She was trying to move on with her life.
