Undeniable attraction pulls them into each other's arms. Hope draws them into each other's lives. Until she lost him in a fire. She went through major depression and finally got back to herself she started taking in horses and rehabilitation services. She met Brock when she was suppose to meet one of her local bar's. He did something to her. It had been 2years she she even dated. Up and downs of a new relationship.

Fire On The Farm by Betty Shreffler is a good read. The title takes on multiple meanings as the stories unfold. The beginning is a peaceful, supportive love story. Seriously, the whole first half of the book is all HEA. And then one motorcycle accident flips it upside down. I was beginning to lose hope. Well mapped and well executed, an HEA after all.

This is a pretty intense book. The first couple chapters are about Amy and it starts with her life in college. The story progresses on to the point of her marriage to her best friend and how profound their love was, how they have the working farm that he always wanted and the fact that Amy can't have children. Fair warning, at this point the book becomes very depressing, it was extremely hard to read through it because Amy is very depressed after her husband dies in a farm accident when a barn burns. But if you can just read through it the book gets a whole lot better. I think the author is making a point about how hard it can be to live through depression, so keep a box of tissues handy. After that the story just really takes off. The book has more ups and downs as well as some twists but in the end we have a happy ending. I thought Amy at times just felt too sorry for herself and was awfully timid but it was very well written and probably true to life.

What an incredible read! I cried and laughed as Amy journeys thru life. There is so much angst, joy, tragedy and love in this storyline and the emotional rollercoaster never seems to end. The characters are strong, with remarkable interactions. I found this to be a wonderful book that was hard to put down. A definite must read!

This was so good, I was so entrapped with these characters I couldn't put the book down. This book is about Amy's life and that's all I can say with out giving away anything. By the end of the book you will be in awe of this strong resilient woman, who has been through so much. Brock I want that cowboy for myself, he was to die for and the freaking sweetheart was just perfect. Tears were rolling down my face half the time, but so worth it.
