Deep beneath a remote desert valley, miners uncover something the world was never meant to see.

During a routine excavation at Red Mesa, workers break into a buried fossil field containing thousands of dinosaur remains. At first it appears to be the discovery of a lifetime-an ancient graveyard of prehistoric giants preserved for millions of years. But when a mysterious glowing mineral reacts with the fossilized bones, the impossible begins to happen.
