Don't let your children wander too close to the water, for Dark Things lurk in waiting beneath the surface. It's partly Jim's job to determine exactly what those Dark Things are, especially since accusations are flying of wrongful executions. When Jim's new boyfriend ends up being connected to the case, Jim finds himself getting pulled deeper into the whole mess. Stressed, exhausted, and losing blocks of time, he's finding it difficult to keep afloat.
