Frank and Bob are best of buddies. They met in college, and made a plan. A stint in military intelligence would be a temporary diversion, a stepping stone.

When they were in the military intelligence community in Iraq, they ran hot intel ops together on various terrorist cells honing their skills, gathering resources and tools for the day that they went into the private sector, to gather intelligence for their own purposes.
