About the Author

Andrew Taylor-Troutman is the poet pastor of Chapel in the Pines Presbyterian Church. He has previously authored a theological memoir/sermon collection (Take My Hand), a study of the parables of Jesus through the interpretative lens of family (Parables of Parenthood), and a novella in the form of a pastor's daily journal (Earning Innocence). Andrew holds Masters degrees from Union Presbyterian Seminary and the University of Virginia Charlottesville, and lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with his wife, also an ordained minister, and their three children.
