We usually associate grief with death, but we go through it in every form of loss—loss of a loved ones, a partner, a companion. According to the model given by Swiss-American psychiatrist named Elizabeth Kübler-Ross in 1969, we experience grief in five stages—denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. With this collection, I am exploring the psychology of Grief through poetry, by telling a story of a person experiencing unrequited love—a form of love less talked and discussed about.
